You’ll hear a lot of people talking about the development of leadership skills. They’ll claim to have the keys to “leadership made simple” and they’ll tout their training blueprints as the best possible way to become a more powerful and successful leader.

Guess what? Many of them have great plans. They really do know how to help people develop those skills and they have ideas that can really pay off. That’s right, “leadership made simple” is the real deal.

However, there’s a catch.

There’s something you don’t always hear about the process–something that’s often swept under the carpet during the marketing of those plans and blueprints.
